If our work fails to deliver, send it back and we will make it right whatever the problem. 

 

And if that isn't satisfactory, we will refund all charges. 

 

Upon receipt of your shoes, if WE have questions about our ability to perform and deliver to our professional standards on your shoes, we will contact you by e-mail and discuss the options before committing to the work.

 

How we do it

Straightforward:

• Complete the easy Order Form;
• Package up your shoes;
• Send them off to us.
• That's it!  

Once we receive your shoes and enter the order into our database, we kind of go "New World" meets "Old World."  Your shoes go "Old World" under the care and supervision of trained specialty craftspeople.  Meanwhile, your order is confirmed "New World" by e-mail along with invoicing online and an easy online payment process.

 

No longer do you have to take time to find the shoemaker, then get into your car and travel to drop off your shoes and then travel again to pick them up and find they are not done yet!  You literally can do it all from your desktop and mailbox! 

 

Payment

 

We invoice through PayPal the leading trusted online payment processor. A PayPal Account is NOT REQUIRED. You may pay the invoice with any major credit card. Through Pay Pal Merchant Services, you pay using your credit card directly assuring the highest standard of security and encryption for your transaction.  To see the invoice and payment process, click here.

 

We return-ship all goods upon receipt of payment in full. Invoices unpaid 45 days after email invoice is sent are subject to additional late fee and return shipping charges.

 

Shipping

 

We return ship generally using USPS Priority shipping. USPS systems make it easy to track your package once your shoes are sent back to you.

We've put together a team of professionals including specialists in internet business, logisitics, and design, alongside seasoned specialists in the traditional and time honored craft of shoe crafting and leather working.
